View More1. Optimize dyeing and finishing process parameters
JUNRUI has effectively alleviated the tensile deformation problem of spandex by finely regulating the dyeing and finishing process parameters. In the pretreatment stage, we use low-temperature pre-shrinkage technology to pre-shrink spandex fibers in a mild environment by precisely controlling temperature and humidity conditions, thereby reducing the deformation potential in subsequent processing. In addition, we have specially designed a low-tension relaxation dyeing and finishing process. Using a specially designed relaxation device, while ensuring uniform dye penetration, it minimizes the tensile stress on the fabric and effectively avoids the permanent deformation of spandex fibers caused by excessive stretching.
2. Select high-performance environmentally friendly dyes and auxiliaries
In terms of dye selection, JUNRUI insists on using environmentally friendly dyes. These dyes are not only environmentally friendly, but also have a stronger affinity for spandex fibers during the dyeing and finishing process, and can be more effectively fixed inside the fiber, reducing fiber deformation caused by dye migration or uneven attachment. We have carefully selected a series of environmentally friendly auxiliaries, such as environmentally friendly leveling agents and fixing agents, which can not only improve the uniformity and fastness of dyeing, but also protect the structure of spandex fibers to a certain extent, reducing their damage and deformation during the dyeing and finishing process.
3. Introducing advanced equipment and technology
In order to further improve the accuracy and efficiency of spandex fabric dyeing and finishing, JUNRUI has introduced internationally advanced dyeing and finishing equipment, such as intelligent tension control systems and precision temperature control equipment. The intelligent tension control system can monitor and adjust the tension state of the fabric during the dyeing and finishing process in real time, ensuring that the spandex fiber is dyed and shaped under the minimum tension, thereby effectively reducing tensile deformation. Precision temperature control equipment ensures accurate temperature control during the dyeing and finishing process, avoids uneven fiber thermal shrinkage caused by temperature fluctuations, and further improves the dimensional stability of the fabric.
4. Innovative fabric structure design
In addition to the innovation of process and technology, JUNRUI has also made innovations in fabric structure design to fundamentally improve the tensile deformation problem of spandex. We have developed interweaving and blending technology. By reasonably matching spandex with other high-performance fibers (such as nylon, polyester, etc.), a complementary effect is formed, which not only retains the high elasticity of spandex, but also enhances the overall stability and wear resistance of the fabric. The use of three-dimensional weaving technology makes the fabric more stable in structure, which can effectively disperse external forces and reduce the risk of local over-stretching.
5. Strengthen quality control and testing
In terms of quality control, JUNRUI has established a strict quality management system. From raw material procurement to finished product delivery, each process is strictly inspected. For spandex fabrics, we have specially added a deformation test link, using high-precision testing equipment to simulate the stretching and recovery process in actual wearing scenarios to ensure that all products can meet the established deformation control standards. We also regularly calibrate and maintain production equipment to ensure the stability and accuracy of process parameters, so as to continuously output high-quality products.
